Great margaritas, steak fajitas were epic. Perfectly seasoned with just the right amount to make 2 fajitas and have a little bit left at the end. Highly recommend!!

.Great food still after 30 years. Try Clam Lucifer if you like spicy food. The Steak Dunigan is fabulous. Tender, prepared as requested. Great sauce.

My family and I have been eating at The Pink for the past 20 years and I am extremely disappointed to say we had a horrible experience this past Saturday night. The food was terrible and the waiter even worse! To top it off it was my birthday celebration and after waiting forever and ever on my dessert we had to get up from our table and go find the waiter because he forgot to turn our order in for us. Instead of apologizing graciously to us the manager proceeded to come to our table and scream at us that she had removed it from our bill even though it was not their fault!!!! We will never step foot in The Pink Adobe again. Period. To the owner: You have been misinformed by your staff. I am in no way an unreasonable person and of course I would consider anyone that was unhappy with a mere 9 minute wait foolish. It was my birthday celebration and someone in my party had to go looking for Justin after waiting at least 20-25 minutes with no sign of not only our desserts but of our waiter having the courtesy to check on us or apologize for the delay. He was in the kitchen laughing and visiting with your other employees. Sir, he forgot to turn our order in and then and only then did he do so hence the “9 minute” stamp. NO ONE in our party demanded it be removed from the ticket. Please consider this: if it truly had been only a 9 minute wait why would your manager be so defensive? She stopped before she even got to our table and in a very loud and extremely hateful tone informed us that the desserts had been removed. I did lose my patience at this point because she was so rude. Maybe she was embarrassed about her waiter letting us down but I have never nor has anyone in my party ever asked for something to be removed-that’s not our way at all. I believe you need to re-think this situation and perhaps remind your employees that courtesy to the customer is most importantl if you don’t want critical reviews.

A classic eatery. One of my favorite restaurants ever. Wonderful dining experience. We visit it each time we come to Santa Fe. The last time was 20 years ago. Still the same great place!
